Day 1
We began this egg osmosis on January 25,2011. We started by soaking an egg in vinegar all night. I predicted that the egg was going to get soft. The egg's mass was 63.28g.

Day 2
On day 2 the egg was getting dissolved and it weighed 80.93g because it soaked up the water. We now will put the egg in syrup overnight to see what will happend.

Day 3
The next day the egg increased in volume and divided in concetration, also all the water came out the egg and lost weight. It now weighs 48.29g. Now we put the egg in water overnight, i think its going to blow up the next day.

The next day the egg was filled up with water due to osmosis so now the egg weighed 90.51g. It's the most water that it ever had in it.
